Frank has over twenty years of experience as a senior fixed income investment professional. Prior to joining Sovereign Advisers in 2006, he was a Managing Director of Fixed Income Investments for Asset Management of the South and Director of Fixed Income Investments
with Mountain Capital, LLC.
Previously, he was Vice President responsible for managing $2.5 billion of fixed income pension investments for
GTE Investment Management Corporation; acted as a Managing Director responsible for sales, trading and research of the Fixed Income Capital Markets Division, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation; and, previously, was responsible for managing $3.5 billion of fixed income investments on behalf of Ford Motor Company and twenty-five
U.S., Canadian and offshore subsidiaries and affiliates. He co-founded a bond research and investment firm, Wilkinson Boyd Capital Markets, and an executive search and consulting firm, TSW Associates, LLC.
Frank has a degree in economics
from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA
in corporate finance from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.
